Membership to is open to anyone interested in the Vision and Mission of the Society. Dues are $10 per year due July 1. Life membership is $100 for an individual or couple. Your membership ensures that the work of the Interlaken Historical Society will continue for years to come. Members receive four newsletters annually.

Our Museums are open Saturdays in July and August and by appointment. We are located on Main Street in the Village of Interlaken

The Interlaken Historical Society is in the process of planning for our new building on Main Street. The new building will support our mission to preserve the past and share local history with others.

Do you have pictures of places, events, and the people of Covert, Interlaken and southern Seneca County? Donations allow us to carry out our mission. These items can be stored and displayed where others can appreciate and learn from them.

The Interlaken Historical Society has a ten member board of Trustees and many active volunteers. Volunteers serve on a variety of committees, accessioning items, indexing materials, and welcoming students and visitors to the museum. 

In addition to our collections and photographs, the Maurice L. Patterson Genealogy Reference room holds   books, family histories, manuscripts, microfilms, gazetteers, and indexes. Contact us for help finding the answers to your research questions with our Society's resources.
